Your role and authority to share the data For example: principal investigator or engineer authorized to provide the agreed test sample.

Existing workstation and software environment Operating system, Python version, CPU/GPU, memory, repository revision, and installed SDKs if known.

Dataset shape and rights Format, approximate size, acquisition device, metadata available, and your right to use it. Do not paste or upload the data.

One target pipeline stage and decision Name the stage, expected output, current failure if any, and what a pass or no-go would let you decide.

Vendor or licensed dependencies Optional. State what is already installed under your license. Do not include keys or credentials.

Confidentiality, retention, and other constraints

I am authorized to request this work and to provide the agreed dataset; I will not send data or credentials at this stage. I understand that the fixed USD 500 sprint covers one workstation, one dataset, and one named software pipeline stage. Hardware, acquisition, optical calibration, licensed SDK procurement, custom algorithms, production integration, and scientific or publication guarantees are excluded.
