Source language and supplied names Name the spoken language and any people, products, or terms whose spelling matters.

Rights controlled for the requested edit Cover the recording, voices, faces, music, locations, logos, and other marks. Identify anything that must be removed or replaced.

Audience and platform Who should understand the clip, where it will appear, and whether the use is public, paid, or internal.

What should the clip communicate? Describe the one idea, story turn, or action the viewer should take. A rough timestamp is welcome but optional.

Other constraints Optional. Mention brand language, claims to avoid, caption style, accessibility, safe areas, or delivery format.
