The pack keeps the transcript, timing, learning structure, and provenance separate. You can edit the source files, inspect what changed, and reuse the material in your own course.
Transcript and subtitles
Timestamped English Markdown and SRT, plus one Traditional Chinese or Japanese SRT. Uncertain names and terms remain visibly marked for review.
Pocket study companion
An editable bilingual source and A5 PDF with a concise summary, five key ideas, up to ten aligned terms, timestamp references, and three review questions.
Preview and source trail
One customer-selected 30–45 second H.264 excerpt with burned-in bilingual captions, plus an inventory recording the source hash, attribution, rights statement, and unresolved uncertainties.
A deliberate first boundary
Small enough to review properly.
The pilot is for public or non-sensitive material with one clear speaker. It does not include rights clearance, platform downloads, audio restoration, extra languages, certified translation or accessibility, custom illustration, dubbing, full-course work, hosting, LMS or social posting, or unlimited revisions.
You provide
The source file, title, intended use, ownership or open-license evidence, up to twenty protected terms, up to five reusable figures or formulas, and the preview timestamp.
We review
Duration, speech clarity, source rights, target language, terminology, learner level, intended distribution, and whether the requested excerpt can be reused.
You approve
The subject matter and final publication remain yours. The target-language material is assisted and reviewed for structure and terminology, not sold as certified translation.

Working terms
A small pack with a clear finish line.
These terms keep the founding USD 250 pack reviewable. The accepted written scope controls the work for a particular lecture.
Timing
Delivery is ten business days after the scope is accepted, payment is confirmed, the complete agreed source is received, and the protected terms and preview timestamp are ready. Only one lecture pack is active at a time.
Correction pass
Send one consolidated list of up to ten timing, transcription, or terminology corrections within seven calendar days after delivery. A new source, target language, excerpt, or output format is a new scope.
Cancellation and refund
Cancel before source transfer or processing begins for a full refund. After work starts, only completed and delivered items are retained: USD 100 for the transcript and subtitles, USD 75 for the study companion, and USD 75 for the preview, manifest, and correction pass. The undelivered balance is refunded.
Source handling and support
Working source copies are deleted within fourteen calendar days after delivery, cancellation, or refund unless the written scope requires earlier deletion. Customer media is never reused as public proof without separate permission. Support is limited to written clarification during the seven-day correction window.
