Source and rights Who owns the recording, voice, slides, music, and other material? If it is openly licensed, include the exact license URL.

Duration, format, speakers, and audio condition For example: 14-minute MP4, one speaker, clear lavalier audio, no music.

Target language and learner level Choose Traditional Chinese or Japanese and describe who will study it.

Names, formulas, and protected terms Optional. List up to twenty terms that must be preserved exactly; do not paste confidential material.

Preferred preview excerpt Optional. Give a 30–45 second timestamp and confirm that its voice, images, and music may be reused.

Intended use and distribution Public, paid, or internal; where the pack and preview will appear; and any attribution requirement.

Other constraints Optional. Mention formulas, supplied figures, delivery formats, or accessibility needs that may change the fit.

I own the requested derivative-work rights, or I can identify an open license that permits the commercial translation and reuse described above.
